Procedures: Direct Deposit

Electronic payments through Accounts Payable and Payroll are available to Employees and Students.  To enroll in direct deposit, please complete the online form https://reason.kzoo.edu/payrollUnless otherwise specified, all enrollments will include both Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Direct Deposit can also be established by mailing, faxing, emailing or hand delivering a Direct Deposit Authorization form from your financial institution to the Business Office.

*If you have a flex health spending account through the College (administer by JFP),  and you want your reimbursements sent via Direct Deposit, please contact Human Resources at HR@kzoo.edu
