Professional Development Institute
The Professional Development Institute (PDI), is an annual event that offers an intensive professional development opportunity that engages alumni and College friends. The PDI aims to help students consider and prepare for “Life after K.” Through reflection and discussion, professional networking, Guild gatherings, mentoring/advising sessions, and more, students and career professionals hone skills and deepen connections necessary for successful post-graduate pursuits.

This reflection is part of the CCPD’s Professional Development Institute and Homecoming 2013. Alumni recipients of the Distinguished Achievement Award, Distinguished Service Award and the Young Alumni Award share how their professional and personal experiences have helped shape career choices and personal decisions in their “Lives After K.” Co-sponsored by the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) and the Office of Alumni Relations.
