Field Experience Internship Learning Contract
The Learning Contract is a document that will allow you and your supervisor to mutually establish and agree upon goals for skill development, learning, and your contribution to the organization. Please download the form, which can be found in the Related Documents box in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and bring it with you to your internship site.
You must fax or mail your learning contract to the Center for Career Development by July 1, 2008.
