How to Restrict Page Access

  1. Edit the page you wish to restrict (from Reason Admin, not Inline Editing).
  2. On the yellow menu in the page editing screen, click Restrict Access:

  3. Choose the Group(s) you wish to allow access to by clicking Select next to the correct groups:
    Restrict Access: Select Group
    *Note: If you do not see a group you wish to use, borrow a pre-defined group from Information Services or create your own group.
  4. Click Finish to submit your changes and restrict your page:
    Yellow Menu Finish
