How to Set Up "Autofill"

"Autofill" allows your form to automatically fill in some information about the person submitting the form (such as their name or email address). Autofill only works for K-specific forms that have been restricted.

  1. Edit your form or create a new form
  2. Create your form using the possible Autofill Labels
  3. Change your "Autofill Options" to one of the following:
    • Autofill (Editable) -- fills in a person's information, but then allows them to change automatically-generated information.
    • Autofill (Not Editable) -- fills in the visitor information and keeps them from altering that information. Form_Autofill
  4. Click Save and Finish to submit your changes.
  5. If you have not done so already, restrict your form.
*Note: If you do not restrict your form (and prompt a log-in), there is no way for Reason to find the associated K Directory information and auto-fill parts of your form.
