Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Arts Scholarship
The Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Arts Award is for up to $50,000 per year for up to three years to college seniors and recent graduates with significant financial need who will pursue a graduate or professional degree in the visual arts, performing arts, or creative writing.
The application is a two-phase process. Applicants may apply directly to the foundation for phase one. Candidates advancing to phase 2 must be nominated by the faculty representative (Diane Kiino) at their undergraduate institution. Candidates must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and institutions are limited to two nominees.
How to apply
Phase One: Complete the online application and submit all supporting materials (official transcripts, financial information, portfolio) by the November 23, 2013 deadline.
Phase Two: Continue with the application and submit additional financial information (tax returns, letters of recommendation and faculty representative nomination). Have the two letters of evaluation submitted online by the campus deadline of February 6, 2014.
