Changing Your KNET Password

IF YOUR PASSWORD HAS EXPIRED, follow these steps (otherwise see below)

Step by step instructions

1. For "Account", enter your username as knet\username (e.g. knet\k08zz01).

2. Enter your old password. If you used the password reset request form, this will be the password you requested.

3. Enter your new password twice. This new password must be at least six (6) characters in length, contain a number, and not be a repeat of your previous five (5) passwords.

4. Click "OK".  Do not click "Reset" unless you want to start over!

5. If the logon box appears, enter your username (knet\username) and your OLD password. This will complete the password reset.

IF YOUR PASSWORD HAS NOT YET EXPIRED, follow these steps :

1. Log in to  webmail

2.  Click on "Options" (upper right), click on "Change Password" (left column):

3. For "Domain\user name", enter your username as knet\username (e.g. knet\k08zz01).  It may already be filled in for you.

4. Enter your old password.

5. Enter your new password twice. This new password must be at least six (6) characters in length, contain a number, and not be a repeat of your previous five (5) passwords.

6. Click "Save" (upper left).

7. If the logon box appears, enter your username (knet\username) and your OLD password. This will complete the password reset.
