Hornet Hive Portal

The Hornet Hive (portal.kzoo.edu) is your one-stop shop for campus information.

  • Students, Faculty and Staff may log in to the portal using their network username and password.
  • Students and Academic Advisors have access to all "WebAdvisor" functions necessary for schedule planning and registration.
  • Exchange email and calendars are accessible via the portal
  • a single point of access / single sign-on to campus information systems
  • interaction with Colleague ERP (student records, financials, timesheets, address changes, etc) via "WebAdvisor"
  • better targeting of news and announcements
  • collaboration systems such as team-based web sites, wikis, document sharing, and more.
  • personal sites

The Datatel ActiveCampus Portal* is part of the larger Colleague ERP project. Additional "WebAdvisor" screens, which will provide self-service access to many of our administrative offices, will be available as those offices are able to bring them online.
