The monthly payroll for December 1st will be paid on November 29th. For those who receive paper checks, you may pick up your check in the Business Office on November 27th after 3 pm.** If you wish for your check to be mailed on the 27th, please email Payroll@kzoo.edu. Checks cannot be cashed until Friday, November 29th.
**Adjunct and Applied Music Faculty checks will be held until grades are submitted. Checks cannot be mailed on the 27th unless grades are received by the Registrar by 1:30 pm.
If you would like to sign up for Direct Deposit, please bring a void check to the Business Office, Mandelle 201, or have your bank fax a Direct Deposit Authorization to our office at 269-337-7239.
Form W-4: Please review your W-4 withholding information found on your pay advice/check. If you wish to make changes, please complete a new form W-4 and sent it to the Business Office. W-4 forms can be found under "Tax Withholding Forms" to the left.
W-2's: If you have not done so already, please sign up to receive your W-2 form electronically. This will allow you faster and more convenient access to this form in January. Click on "W-2" to the left for instructions on how to enroll.
