Students that receive paper payroll checks in their campus mailbox need to be aware that the following pay dates will be over the Winter Break and includes December 24th when the Campus will be closed.


Pay date: November 27th  for hours worked between Nov 5 and Nov 18

Pay date: December 11th   for hours worked between Nov 19 and Dec 2

Pay date: December 24th  for hours worked between Dec 3 and Dec 16


To ensure that you receive your money on time, we strongly encourage you to sign up for Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit will ensure that your paycheck is deposited into your bank account each payday.  

As a condition of employment with the College, your are required and agree to log your hours daily as you work.  Failure to log your hours daily could result in termination of employment.
