Board options
All residents, except those in campus apartments and Living Learning Housing Units are required to carry a meal plan. Once selected, meal plan assignments can only be changed directly with Sodexho Dining Services Monday through Thursday of the first week of the quarter. In order to avoid confusion in assignments or billing, changes cannot be made by other persons at other times or by other offices. If a change is made, a credit or new billing will be reflected on the student account.

** Munch Money for all meal plans will carry over from term to term. However, any unused Munch Money at the end of the spring term will be forfeited.
Students living in LLHUs or campus apartments who wish to drop the meal plan need to send an email request to housing@kzoo.edu during the meal plan change period. Students who choose to drop their meal plan will forfeit any unused munch money.
Commuter meal plans are available for students living off campus or residing in LLHUs or campus apartments only. Those can be purchased at any time during the academic year directly from the Sodexo Office located in Hicks Center.
