Financing your Kalamazoo College education just got easier!
Kalamazoo College is pleased to offer an interest-free tuition payment plan to help students make financing their education easier. The plan permits for payment of tuition, room board, and manditory fees in monthly installments over the course of the quarter. The payment plan will be setup based on the students balance due on initial bill for that term. Proir balances and charges applied after the initial bill will not be calculated into the payment plan and will need to be paid separately.
Students will be able to sign up for the payment plan throughout the academic year, and the cost is only $50. The enrollment fee will be due with the student’s first installment. Payments are due on the 20th of each month. If you wish to take full advantage of this monthly payment plan, we urge you to enroll by August 20th.
How much will I need to pay?
We encourage students and families to use the following cost calculators at the links below to estimate their expeses for the coming academic year. When filling out the cost calculator, students should use their Financial Aid award letter to fill in their scholarship and loan amounts.
How do I enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan?
Please read through the Payment Plan Terms and Conditions and then complete and submit the enrollment form found on the next page. The Student Accounts Office will email the installment schedule for the: Fall term by September 1st, Winter term by December 1st and Spring term by March 1st. You will be able to view your payment plan online and make payments through the Kalamazoo College Portal once you have received that terms installment schedule.

Where is my student Username and Password?
First year student network logins are mailed out approximately two weeks after the enrollment deposit has been received. When entering your username you will need to put, "knet\" in front of the username. Example: knet\k08xx01
