Smoking Cessation
- Quitline A telephonic outreach program through the American Cancer Society
- Quit the Nic A telephonic outreach program available to enrollees of Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, BootCamp and Kicklates
Lap Swim - MWF 11-1 pm
Family Swim - Saturdays 3-5 pm in the Natatorium
Noon Walk Program - A guided, measured campus area walk for all fitness levels. Monday through Friday at noon, see Ken to begin.
Weight Training 101 - This is not a workout, but an instructional class to learn optimal technique for optimal benefit. Drop in, but limited to 10 people. Mondays 11-12 noon and Tuesdays 1-2 pm.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise indicated, programs are open on a walk-in basis at no charge to faculty, staff and retirees of the College, along with their spouses and domestic partners. Children may participate in age appropriate activities when accompanied by a parent . See Flexible Scheduling Policy.
