Class Schedule

The listing is the standard schedule, but cancellations and location changes do occur. To stay up to date with ongoing changes,  download the Wellness Class Calendar, with automatic updates by sending Ken a calendar request.

Massage

To make an appointment, click on the time you want and follow the directions. An email confirmation will be sent to your mailbox. If you need to cancel, please email Ken immediately. To make same day appointments after 10:30 am, you must call Claudia directly at 873-2754.

    • A latin based dance exercise class, designed to increase stamina and bone mass while having moving to a fun beat.

    • An all around fitness class for strength, stamina, balance and power. Appropriate for all fitness levels. 45 second stations. Guided and modifiable for limitations.
