Class Schedule

All classes welcome beginners

Mat Pilates - a series of exercises, performed on a mat, designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility and balance with an emphasis on torso stability and strength.

Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8 am (Balch Theater Lobby)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15-6 pm (ULC 213)

Thursdays 11-11:45 am (ULC 213)


Yoga - a mind/body class consisting of a series of poses designed to strengthen the body and improve balance and flexibility with an emphasis on mental concentration and breathing leading to stress reduction.

Wednesdays 5:15-6:15 pm (Hicks Banquet Room)*This location can change. Email Ken before attending your first class to confirm location.


Tai Chi - a mind/body class consisting of a flowing series of slow, controlled movements with an emphasis on weight shifting, changes of direction and mental concentration leading to strength, balance and stress reduction.

Mondays and Thursdays 12:30-1:00 pm ( Markin Racquet Center). Email Ken before attending your first class to confirm location.


 BootCamp - A 30 minute circuit for cardio, strength, power and balance. 45 second stations with music and an emphasis on technique instruction make it time efficient and effective.

Mondays and Wednesdays 12:10-12:40 pm, Thursdays 11:40-12:10 pm

 Kicklates - 30 minutes of kickboxing plus 30 minutes of pilates, this class combines the aerobic, stress, and power benefits of kickboxing with the strengthening of pilates to make another very time efficient all around workout.

Mondays 4:45-5:45 pm (Markin Racquet Center)


Friday Flexibility - 20+ minutes of guided stretching and relaxation using low lights, music, mats, and other apparatus to decrease stiffness, improve posture, and stop age related loss of flexibility.

Fridays 12:10-12:30 pm (Markin Racquet Center)
