Class Schedule

All classes welcome beginners

Mat Pilates - a series of exercises, performed on a mat, designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility and balance with an emphasis on torso stability and strength.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15-6:15 pm (ULC 307). Holidays in the library lobby

Thursdays 11-11:45 am (Anderson Lobby). Holidays on the 3rd floor library.


Yoga - a mind/body class consisting of a series of poses designed to strengthen the body and improve balance and flexibility with an emphasis on mental concentration and breathing leading to stress reduction.

Mondays and Fridays Noon - 1 pm

Tuesdays 5:15-6:15 pm

(Most dates in Hicks Banquet room, contact Ken for exceptions, these would be Anderson Dance Studio and Hicks 111AB)

 Circuit Training - A 30 minute circuit for cardio, strength, power and balance. 45 second stations with music and an emphasis on technique instruction make it time efficient and effective.

Friday Flexibility - 20+ minutes of guided stretching and relaxation using low lights, music, mats, and other apparatus to decrease stiffness, improve posture, and stop age related loss of flexibility.
