• dumbbell rack (5# to 50#) and 2 adjustable benches
• mat area
• strength tubing, stability balls and balance equipment
• reading area with lending library
• locker room/showers (please bring your own towel, lock provided)

The Wellness Room is located Markin Racquet Center, past the racquetball courts.
