Checking Out Reserves

Reserve materials are listed in the Library catalog. Reserves may be in electronic or paper form. Paper Reserves are kept at the Library Circulation Desk. Electronic Reserve Readings are digital copies of articles or chapters in PDF (image) format.

Search for Reserves by instructor or by course.

  • If the Reserve material is in electronic form, click on the title of the reading and then the link that says "Access full-text ELECTRONIC RESERVES." Enter your Kalamazoo College username and password to access the file.
  • If the Reserve material is in paper form, click on the title of the reading and then find the call number. Take the call number to the Circulation Desk and ask to check out the item.

If you have questions, please contact your professor, or the Circulation Department at or call 269 337 7153.
