Kalamazoo College

K Team is a student-led exercise community based on Kalamazoo College campus that provides free exercise sessions in an inclusive, body-positive environment. The team meets three times a week and provides students with workout sessions that emphasize movement of any kind, whether it be weight lifting, zumba, yoga, cardio, etc. These movements will also work to foster a mind-body connection. Each session will be led by a student (or faculty) facilitator. Nutrition tips, self-care exercises, and mental health resources will also be provided for students. We believe that K is currently in need of a more holistic, welcoming, and creative exercise community. We are here to make that happen!
